white clumps floating

Hi All
I have white clumps floating on top of my cc harvest pinot grigo. Start sg 1.092...Stabilized and cleared on day 12 sg .992...day 14 white clumps and very cloudy... yuk! help please !

As I recall you can do a test to see if the clumps are inherent good yeast vs bad bacteria. Take a "clump" and squeeze in your fingers and if its creamy like butter then your probably okay it's your yeast. Not creamy is more likely foreign bacteria. Either call Spagnols and get advice or rack and hit with 1 tea of K+ Meta for 6 gallon batch.
