As the weather begins to heat up, cool down friends and family with these delicious and refreshing cocktail recipes!
Chocolate Acai Raspberry Martini
1 ½ oz Orchard Breezin' Acai Raspberry Cabernet Sauvignon
1 ½ oz white crème de cacao
Shake wine and crème de cacao and pour into a martini glass, garnish with chocolate stick or fresh raspberries
Mango Mint Mojito
3 oz Orchard Breezin' Mango Mint Chenin Blanc
1/2 fresh lime juiced
1 oz mango puree
Sugar
Mint
Sugar rim, fill shaker with ice, wine, lime juice and mango puree. Top with soda and garnish with mint.
Banana Pineapple Viognier Blender
Frozen tropical fruit
Orchard Breezin' Banana Pineapple Viognier
Fill blender ¾ full with tropical fruit (pineapple, banana, mango, etc), pour wine until it nearly covers fruit, blend until smooth, garnish with fruit pieces.
Orange Passion
2 oz Orchard Breezin' Orange Passion Fruit Grenache Rosé
1 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
splash of orange juice
slice of fresh orange
Shake with ice, serve in a cocktail glass, garnish with orange slice.
Tangerine Sauvignon Blanc Lemonade
Juice of 3 lemons
1 bottle Orchard Breezin' Tangerine Lemon Sauvignon Blanc
Club soda
Lemon slice
Mix all ingredients in a large jug and serve over ice with a slice of lemon.
Double Trouble
1 oz. Cru Select Orange Chocolate Port
1 oz. Triple Sec
Shake with ice and serve in a shot glass
White Chocolate Spritzer
1 oz. Cru Select White Chocolate White Port
2 oz Tonic Water
Serve over ice with a slice of lemon and enjoy pool side.
Orange Blossom Muscat Royale
2 oz. Chilled Cru Select Orange Blossom Muscat
Sparkling Wine or sparkling water
Add Orange Blossom Muscat to Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine or water.
Cranapple Sangria
1 bottle Orchard Breezin' Cranapple Chardonnay
2 oz. Apple flavoured vodka or liqueur
2 oz triple sec
2 oz. orange juice
Chopped fruit (apples and cranberries will do nicely)
In a large container or pitcher, combine all the ingredients. Stir well and store in refrigerator 6 hours over overnight. Serve over ice in a tall glass.
