What a delightful wine. I just bottled this today and it is wonderful. I am sure that with age it will improve even more. This is my 2nd kit, first from Spagnols, but centainly not my last. I thought there was going to be a problem with stuck fermentation, but it we worked through it with no problem. I was a little disappointed with the lower alcohol level so I enhanced it with 1.75 liters of Vodka. After I added back the reserve taken to allow for the flavoring I wound up with of 33 bottles.

I am going to do a Cabernet next. My only problem is I can't wait for them to age before I start drinking. Oh, well, that's the way things happen.

This is definitely one I'll keep around.

Sorry Folks - I miscounted, I only got 33 bottles. When I counted I was thinking of a case as 15 bottles not 12. Mea culpa!

When you make these wines add 4 lbs of corn sugar to the first step before add the yeast. Ups the alcohol level.
