New Cellar Classic Winery Series Releases!

We are excited to announce that our Cellar Classic Winery Series family is growing!  Please welcome these new wine kits to the family.

Chilean Carmenère
Chile’s low humidity and slight breeze from the Pacific Ocean provide ideal growing conditions to slowly mature Carmenère grapes and allows for their full flavour profile to be reached. Medium to full bodied in nature, this wine will tempt you with cherries and strawberries on the nose, followed by dates and chocolate on the palate. Fermented on Carmenère Winery Grape Skins and toasted oak, this wine can be consumed relatively young, although will benefit with age. 2-3 | 4 | 0

French Grenache Syrah
Two of France’s dominant grapes are gracefully blended together to create a wine that will soon become the pride of any winemaker’s cellar. The warm weather and terroir of this region lend to a bold wine with a nose brimming with spicy black pepper notes, dried dark fruit, earth and a hint of tobacco. Fermented on Syrah Winery Grape Skins and French Oak, this wine is sure to impress with its elegant finish.  3 | 5 | 0

Italian Rosso Bravissimo
Italian tradition calls for cheering “Bravissimo” during a standing ovation, a name appropriate for this wine. Fermented on Merlot Winery Grape Skins and Hungarian toasted oak chips, this wine will develop into a complex, bold wine typical of the warm, sunny Tuscan region. Cherry and plum notes are complimented with cassis and rich tannins lending to a graceful, lingering finish. This wine is sure to have you cheering “Bravissimo” after every sip. 4 | 4 | 0


Spanish Tempranillo Cabernet
Two of Spain’s noble wines are blended together to craft this modern and exciting wine. Mushroom, dried fruit and black pepper entice the nose and gracefully follow through to the palate. Cabernet Winery Grape Skins combined with American and Hungarian toast oak add smooth tannins and complexity. 5 | 4 | 0
