Grand Cru Pinot Gris

Also known as Pinot Grigio. Dry with overtones of green melon leading to a crisp, clean finish. A bouquet of honey and herbs completes the experience.

This is really good. I've made 3 batches of it in preparation for summer and beyond. I used a different yeast for each batch, and will post notes after these get a little bottle age.

I agree with Rodney. This kits makes a beautiful white wine. For some time I have only made high end wines. However, a friend made this kit and was looking for someone to split it with. I decided to go for it. I was very impressed. I now have this white on my list of wines to make.

If anyone is looking for a terrific crisp wine that needs little aging. Look no further !

Rodney - I am looking forward to your notes on the different yeasts !

I got this kit for some friends to try out and it turned out so well I want to do a batch of it now. I tend to like reds, but this one would be great in the summer. I recommend it.
