Also known as Pinot Grigio. Dry with overtones of green melon leading to a crisp, clean finish. A bouquet of honey and herbs completes the experience.

However, a friend made this kit and was looking for someone to split it with. I decided to go for it. I was very impressed. I now have this white on my list of wines to make.
