I am making this wine for the first time and in the kit there is a package of sweetness liquid to be added after stabalizing. If I add this package will the sweetness remain at a 0-1? My customer is looking for a dry wine for thier wedding.

I don't have any experience with this kit, but if they would like a dry wine, then I would leave the sweetening pouch out.
