Cellar Classic Cabernet Sauvignon

Prized for its depth of flavour and aroma, it boasts a cherry-currant flavour with herbal undertones, nicely rounded with oak.

My neighbor and I split a batch of this wine. It was ready to drink within a month, but I found it too light on flavor. I wound up using several bottles for Sangria over the summer months. I let the remaining bottles age to about 9 months, which did not work for me at all. This wine is meant for quick consumption. If you want wines that can age longer than 6 months, and/or have more flavor depth go with the wines in Cellar Classic Winery Series.

Update - 2 months later:
I went back to try another bottle from the same batch and was pleasantly surprised to see that it improved greatly. The wine was flavorful and bold but smooth. While I am happier with the current results, I've decided to start a batch of Cabernet from the Winery Series.
