Beer Kit

Posted by: Moose, Saturday, August 15, 2009

I have made one beer batch and it turn out pretty good. I am looking for something a bit lighter as this has a dark beer taste. Is there any such thing as a beer kit that would look and taste like Miller or Bud lite or maybe a Corona taste. Any ideas

Thanks in advance

Also: use a liquid yeast. Choose one with a high attenuation and a clean flavour profile.

When a beer is light in taste, the flavours of the yeast stand out so much more.

Have tried quite a few Brewhouse kits, an we are huge fans! our faves
- light beer - American light lager, and Canadian light lager (don't even care for the big brands anymore)
- medium - Honey Blonde, or Red ale
- Dark - Munich lager, or Winterfest ale (only available in late fall so far)
these are now our regulars, we always have one or both lights on tap, and 1 medium, and a couple times a year a dark. Hope they are always around! Great Company, great products!
We do have a Co2 beer fridge so that helps!
